Introduction:
I thought this "Pasquale" person was completely out of his mind! Then I laughed! Then I said that this just cannot work - it is too incredible! But as the program was really simple to write and an initial test was quick (only a few minutes) I did it. If only to have figures to back me up, when telling him to forget about it. But lo and behold! This first test (one simple run through the files at an arbitrary entry point) came out with an average loss of 0.0254 units per inv. u. Flat betting on one number per spin! So, I kept my mouth shut and made the big test.

(Now I think the pseudonym and the system name were chosen with care...)

I cannot say if this way of betting is valid for double zero wheels or on-line casino. "Pasquale" sent instructions suitable for single zero wheel and as the files we use are for such a wheel, this test is for single zero only!

Numberology is a system for flat betting on one number each spin. You play in sessions and the instructions do not tell you anything of when to start or stop, only that you must never break a session.

Instructions for Numberology:
The system is played in sessions. Start your first session at any time / spin you like.

You play all spins in sequence for as long as you are at the table and you can only stop after a complete session (i.e. all sessions must be played until end) even at day's end - do not start a new session late! After one complete session, the next starts at the very next spin or you stop playing (for the day or table). You must not skip any spin for as long as you stay at the table!

There are three things you have to chart:

1. The start-number. This number is the first bet in all sessions. The initial start-number every day is "1". This means that the first session every day starts with a bet on number 1.

2. Which number to bet. After every lost bet, you bet the next number in sequence (!) like 1-2-3-4-5... If you, at any time, lose the bet on number 36, the next number in sequence is number 0 (like in ...34-35-36-0-1-2-3...)

3. How many bets you have lost, in the session. A session continues until you win, or for 37 lost bets - whatever comes first.

A session can end in one of three ways:

A) If you lose 37 spins in a row: increment the start-number by 1.
B) If you win a bet, but not the start-number: increment the start-number by 1.
C) If you win a bet on the start-number (first bet of a session) - do NOT increment the start-number!

Should the start-number ever exceed 36 you make it 0 (zero).

The next session starts at the very next spin and you bet the number indicated by the start-number (or you walk away from the table - now is the moment to decide).

This is all there is to it!

About the bank roll size: "Pasquale" did not say anything about this, but I suppose you need a bank roll big enough to get you through a whole losing session. All figures (above) were calculated with a bank roll the size of the session length (i.e. the original system uses a BR of 37 units while best in test - 40 bets - uses 40 units etc).

How I tested the system:
As you are free to choose when to start, I ran the system with ten "entry points" every day, spin 11 to 20. (This means ten different runs each day) All days the same. If there were not enough spins left in a day, I did not start a new session at all - according to the instructions.

When seeing the output of the test, I could not resist: I ran the same test for all sequences 1 - 56 (approx 1.5 * 37). I did not modify the program in any way. Some sequences were, simply put, bad while others were better than the original. All of the latter with longer sequence than 37! So I give you the result of the original plus the ones that showed a better result - 12 in total.

REMEMBER: The results reflect only the files I used for the test!

And here are the test results!
