BIAS / SECTOR / HOTThe pages in this sector...
...contain descriptions of roulette systems in the public domain,
basic principles and other systems or articles courtesy the originators.
The systems in this sector, are dealing with Biased Wheels and Dealers (sectors) and Repeating numbers.
The workings for the systems might look very different but the basic idea for them all is that
a number that repeats will, hopefully, repeat at least one more time - or one of its neighbours will
hit - within some amount of spins. If you are not familiar with this kind of system or way of thinking,
there is an introduction at the Bias Basics page.

Mr Oops' Quick Signature
Mr Oops describes the method used when reviewing Action Play's Roulette Tracking Cards - the method was very successful during the "Hamburg Year". The method is completely described and the results of a long-term test (17,000+ croupiers) are shown.

I have been granted permission to publish Jesse F Knight's
answer to a question on the General Roulette Disussion List (see Links page):
"What's A Dealer's Signature?" - it is published as a
complement to the Bias Basics page.
